    Author Bio:

    Ge Guo received the B.S.degree in automatic instrument and equipment and the Ph.D.degree in control science and engineering, respectively, from Northeastern University, Shenyang, in 1994 and 1998.He was in Lanzhou University of Technology (LUT), China, from May 1999 to May 2005, where he was an associate professor and then professor, the director of the Institute of Intelligent Control and Robots and the dean of the Department of Electric Engineering.Then he joined the School of Information Science and Technology, Dalian Maritime University, China, as a professor.He also had a visiting research position in the Department of Information Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, in 2009 and 2010.His research interests include networked control systems, multi-agent systems, sensor/actuator networks and vehicular cooperative control.He has published over 100 journal papers within these areas.He is the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Information Sciences and the Managing Editor of International Journal of Systems, Control and Communications.He was the honoree of the New Century Excellent Talents in University, Ministry of Education, China, in 2004, and was the nominee of Gansu Top Ten Excellent Youths, in 2005 from Gansu Province, China.He was also the co-recipient of the Outstanding Science and Technology Development Awards, both from Liaoning Provincial Government, in 2007, and from Gansu Provincial Government, China, in 2008.In 2011, he was the honoree of Dalian Leading Talent, in Dalian, and Qian Jiang Scholar Chair Professor, in Hangzhou, China.E-mail:geguo@yeah.net

    Lei Ding received the B.Sc.degree in automation, and the M.Sc.and Ph.D.degrees in control theory and control engineering from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China, in 2007, 2009 and 2014, respectively.He was a research fellow at University of Western Sydney, Australia from January 2015 to January 2016.He is currently working as a posdoc research fellow at Wayne State University, USA.From November 2010 to November 2012, he was sponsored by China Scholarship Council as a visiting Ph.D.student with the Centre for Intelligent and Networked Systems, Central Queensland University, Australia.His research interests include multi-agent systems, networked control system, event-triggered control and distributed control of smart grids.E-mail:dl522@163.com

    Jian Gong received the B.Sc.degree in automation from Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China in 2015.He is currently pursuing the M.Sc.degree in control theory and control engineering from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China.His research interests include mobile sensor networks and networked control systems.E-mail:gongjian reus@163.com

    Zibao Lu received the M.S.and Ph.D.degrees in control theory and control engineering from Dalian Maritime University, China, in 2010 and 2013.He later joined Anhui Normal University, China, in 2013.He is currently doing postdoctoral research in Dalian University of Technology, China.His research interests include networked control system and stochastic control.E-mail:luzibao@163.com
