Robust Dynamic Output Feedback Synchronous Control for Both Sides of Pressing Down Position System for Cold Rolling Mill

摘要: 冷带轧机操作侧和传动侧位置子系统的内部参数和外界负载不一致, 并且均存在一定的不确定性, 这会造成两侧压下位置系统动静态性能不同和压下位置的不同步, 从而影响被轧带材两侧的厚度和板形质量. 为了解决这一问题, 需要在轧机两侧位置控制系统中增加同步闭环控制器. 本文在考虑两侧位置子系统存在参数不确定性和外部负载扰动不确定性的情况下, 设计了压下位置鲁棒动态输出反馈同步控制器, 并从理论上验证了所设计控制系统的稳定性. 仿真和实验研究结果证明了所设计同步控制器的有效性.Abstract: Inner parameters and outside load of operating-side and drive-side subsystems of a cold rolling mill are different and uncertain, which can lead to different dynamic and static performances and asynchronous pressing down positions. Consequently, strip thickness of the two sides and the quality of strip shape are impacted. To solve this problem, the synchronous closed loop controller is necessary in the position control system of both sides of the cold rolling mill. A robust dynamic output feedback synchronous controller is designed for the pressing down position system with uncertain parameters and outside load disturbance. And the stability of the designed control system is proven in theory. The results of simulation and experiment research are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed synchronous controller.
